Yueling Forged wheels utilize a manufacturing process developed to achieve the most uncompromising design and quality standards for forged wheels. In order to produce the most precise wheels in the industry, Yueling has developed a proprietary own operate process.
To ensure the best forged performance wheel, we are using the best raw material in china. They are made of aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum, forged into a proprietary forging design. The properties of the material were further determined by heat treatment, these monoblock forgings yield quality equal to and sometimes greater than the raw materials used by the world’s top OEM wheels.
Once engineered, each design is programmed with data by engineers. The equipment can be processed and produced according to the existing digital mode to ensure that the final product is completely consistent with the design.
The second step in manufacturing a forged wheel is lathe turning. The raw forging material is lathe-turned all round to reach the outline of the wheel. In this step over 70% of the original material is removed.
